I'm honored once again by His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros to serve the Archdiocesan District Philoptochos as their Spiritual Advisor. I previously served as Spiritual Advisor in July 2020 through August 2021.

Upon ordination to the Holy Diaconate on January 9, 2011, Father Chrysostomos served under His Eminence Metropolitan Barnabas of Neapolis and Stavroupolis in Thessaloniki, Greece before returning to New York, NY in September 2012 to work for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America in the Office of the Chancellor. Father Chrysostomos was ordained into the Holy Priesthood on November 24, 2013, and given the Offikion of Archimandrite on November 13, 2016. He served as Proistamenos of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Manhattan, NY from December 1, 2013 through August 31, 2021. From October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, Father Chrysostomos studied the Greek language at Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece as he was the first recipient of the “Leadership Development Grant” from Leadership 100.
Father Chrysostomos has served as Vicar for Manhattan and the Bronx, Secretary of the Archdiocesan District Council, Spiritual Advisor for the National Forum of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians, and Spiritual Advisor for both the Archdiocesan District Philoptochos and the Archdiocesan District Federation of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians. In addition, Father Chrysostomos has been active in youth ministry for Camp Saint Paul Winter and Summer Camps, Ionian Village, the Archdiocesan District Youth Committee, and the Parathosi Greek Dance Festival.
